The Level Switch has an electronic system that controls its overall operation. Internally, the Level Switch includes a motor that causes the shaft to rotate at a speed of 1 r.p.m. At the end of the shaft, a blade is attached, which functions to detect the material. When the material reaches the blade, it creates resistance, preventing rotation. This triggers the spring system, activating the SPDT contact to indicate the material level. Once the material is consumed and the level decreases, the blade resumes rotation, ready for a new detection cycle.
